Two 10-story office buildings with a ground floor retail space, parking deck, and 312 apartment units are soon to rise in “Cobb County’s own downtown.” The project, proposed by Brookfield Properties, aims to propel Cumberland Mall to thrive in the next 20 to 40 years.
